SHIPPING POLICY - Aura Home Store (Dropshipping Model)

Processing Time

As we work with trusted suppliers to fulfill your orders, processing times may vary by product. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Some items may ship sooner, while custom or made-to-order furniture pieces may require additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped from our supplier.

Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different supplier locations and may arrive at different times.


Shipping Rates

We offer tiered shipping rates based on the size and weight of your furniture and lighting items:

United States (Domestic Shipping):

  • Small Items (Lighting fixtures, small side tables): $35.00
  • Medium Furniture (Coffee tables, end tables): $75.00
  • Large Furniture (Dining tables, large coffee tables): $150.00
  • Light Home Décor: $9.90
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $600.00

Canada (International Shipping):

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $150.00 CAD
  • Carrier-Calculated Rates: Available at checkout (USPS and DHL Express)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.


Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple trusted shipping partners to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Carriers may include:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • DHL Express
  • FEDEX Express
  • Other regional carriers as determined by our suppliers

The specific carrier will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Timeframes

United States:

  • Standard delivery: 7-15 business days after order placement
  • This includes processing time (3-7 days) + transit time (4-8 days)

Canada:

  • Standard delivery: 10-20 business days after order placement
  • This includes processing time (3-7 days) + transit time (7-13 days)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Supplier processing times
  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shopping seasons
  • Other events beyond our control

Multiple Item Orders

Important: If you order multiple products, they may:

  • Ship from different supplier warehouses
  • Arrive in separate packages
  • Be delivered on different days
  • Have different tracking numbers

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. This is normal for dropshipping operations and helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.


Order Tracking

Once each item in your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number(s)
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package(s)

Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.


Shipping to Canada

Customs and Duties: Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays at customs. These delays are beyond our control and are not included in our estimated delivery timeframes.


Furniture Delivery and Inspection

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery
  • Check for any visible damage to the packaging or product
  • If damage is evident, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage or defects

Signature Required: Some large furniture items may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package during normal business hours.

Curbside Delivery: Most furniture shipments are delivered curbside. The carrier is not responsible for bringing items inside your home or assembling furniture. Please arrange assistance if needed.


Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)

We will work with our supplier and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your furniture arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (both packaging and product)
  2. Contact us immediately at newuniquetrending@gmail.com with photos and order number
  3. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
  4. We will coordinate with our supplier to arrange for a replacement or refund

Missing Items: If you receive a package but items are missing:

  1. Check all packaging carefully (small items may be inside larger boxes)
  2. Wait for all shipments to arrive (remember, items may ship separately)
  3. Contact us if items are still missing after all tracking shows delivered

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to our supplier as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You may be charged return shipping fees
  • Reshipping will require payment of new shipping charges
  • Refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Shipment: Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our supplier for processing. If you need to change or cancel your order:

  • We will attempt to contact the supplier to stop the shipment
  • If the supplier has already processed the order, cancellation may not be possible

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped from our supplier, it cannot be cancelled. Standard return policies will apply.

Partial Cancellations: If you ordered multiple items and they ship separately, we may be able to cancel items that haven't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.


Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to:

  • All 50 United States (excluding P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses)
  • Canada

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (furniture items are too large)
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Other international destinations outside the US and Canada

If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.


Product Availability and Backorders

As we work with suppliers, occasionally items may go out of stock after you place your order. If this occurs:

  • We will notify you immediately via email
  • You can choose to wait for the item to be restocked (if available)
  • Or receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item
  • Other items in your order will ship as scheduled

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), please allow additional processing and delivery time:

  • Processing times may extend to 7-10 business days
  • Carrier transit times may be longer
  • Supplier warehouses may have delays

We will notify customers of any extended processing times via email or on our website.


Quality Assurance

While we work with trusted suppliers who inspect products before shipping, we cannot personally inspect each item before it ships to you. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
